The top is finished with GreenPan's signature healthy ceramic nonstick coating for effortless cleaning without PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. This griddle has a quick-heating aluminum top that heats quickly and evenly. The one-knob control keeps things simple. Quickly adjust the temperature when switching from bacon to pancakes, or hot dogs to burgers, or whatever else is on the menu.
