Imported. WHAT IT DOES This reusable tiny roller ball tool mattifies skin and absorbs oils quickly and effectively, without leaving a chalky finish or lifting away makeup. WHO IT'S FOR For all skin types. HOW TO USE IT Rollover the t-zone as needed to mattify, on top of makeup or on bare skin. Wash as often as possible; the cleaner the ball, the better it works. Twist the white ring to release the ball and then wash with warm water and soap. The quick-drying ball can then be replaced into the holder.
