WHAT IT DOES Specially design to lock the brow hairs down for a durable, laminated look, and a very firm hold, Heist Brow Soap achieves lifted and voluminous brows with a smooth finish. WHO IT'S FOR Formulated for all skin types. HOW TO USE IT For the best results, dampen the brow spoolie with water, setting spray, or facial mist. Once the spoolie is damp, rub the bristles into the soap. Use the spoolie to brush the product evenly throughout the brows in an upward direction.
