WHAT IT IS This polish doubles as a base coat and nail strengthener. It is formulated to prolong polish adhesion and prevent cracks. Fortifying horsetail leaf extract helps to strengthen weak, brittle, thin nails. Vitamin E quenches parched nails with a surge of moisture.0.45 oz. Made in USA. HOW TO USE IT For best results, make sure the nails are clean and dry before application. When The Foundation is used alone, apply 1-2 times a week to strengthen nails, or use under color for stronger, healthier nails.
